Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

NO. actajob™ is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay month to month by Credit/Debit Card. If you cancel, you'll be billed for the current month, but you won't be billed again.

Are there per user fees?

NO. The prices in the different plans are all inclusive. Every actajob™ plan includes unlimited users and clients. Whether it is 10 or 100 people, 5 clients or 50, the prices listed above are the same for everyone.

What types of payment do you accept?

Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard and XXXXXXX. At this time we only accept payments online so we will not be able to accept cheques, invoice you or take an order by phone.

How does the 30 day FREE TRIAL work?

If you cancel a Plan within the 30 days of signing up you won't be charged a thing. If you choose to cancel after this period you will not be charged again. You will however, be charged for charges incurred up until your cancellation. Refunds cannot be issued after your 30 day trial and we will charge for full months regardless of number of days used before cancellation.

Can I change Plans at any time?

YES. Simply click on your "Account" button on your home screen and you'll see your options.

Can I upgrade to another plan?

YES. If you find that you have more Jobs (active and archived) than you have within your actajob™ Plan you can upgrade your plan at any time. This will involve accessing your account and changing the details including your monthly Credit Card charges.

What are Jobs?

actajob™ Jobs can either be active or archived. Active Jobs are Jobs in progress; Archived Jobs are Jobs you have finished and once archived these cannot be modified. You can activate or archive a Job whenever you like, but the number of Jobs (active and archived) you have at one time depends on which actajob™ Plan you are using.

What's the storage for?

File storage allows you to share and upload files, documents, images, audio or video to your Job. The better your plan the more storage is included. The upload file size is limited to 20MB per file. If you go over the limit of storage on your Plan you will be charged extra per month on your variable credit card bill. This will be charged at £2.00 per 1GB of storage inclusive of VAT. Please note that your archived Jobs will require storage.

What's a user?

Users can be people in your company, your advisors or your clients. Users log in and use actajob™, restrictions to access is set by the actajob™ Administrator. All actajob™ plans include unlimited users and contacts. There are no per user fees.

What is enhanced security?

All actajob™ accounts are password protected and include SSL encryption for your security. SSL stands for Secure Socket Layer, but what it really means is that the data sent between actajob™ and your computer is safely encrypted from prying eyes. It's the same technology that online banks and e-commerce sites use to transfer your information safely.

What web browsers work with actajob™?

Internet Explorer 7 and higher, Firefox 3 and higher, Safari 4 and higher and Chrome 4 and higher. You will also need to have cookies and javascript enabled.

Our state-of-the-art computer servers are protected by biometric locks and 24-hour surveillance. Our product software and infrastructure is updated regularly with the latest security patches. Our network is protected by an enterprise-class firewall and all actajob™ plans are designed to keep your data safe.
